That said, this is a professional use product. Application conditions, weather and other factors can determine the success or failure of a coating system and these are out of our control. Any failure will be addressed by our techs to determine the issue. Product will be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. We may need to get unused product returned to determine the problem.
Please note: There are no refunds, as each order is filled to order, we cannot restock partially used orders.
